Improvements include a lake front plaza adjacent to a large picnic shelter and comfort station utilizing an existing grade change to provide terraced seating elements, a universally accessible picnic area with semi-private picnic spaces, a hilltop picnic area, improvements and additions to an existing trail system accessing seating and fishing opportunities and planting enhancements at key locations.
